I told him what truck I was looking at and how much I could afford. He called back and told me to come see him that he had it worked out. My salesman came in early Saturday morning and I left with the truck by 11 that morning. Diron Lintz was my salesman and he will go out of his way to get you into a new vehicle and doesn't try to pressure you into more than what you can afford. Since 2006, I have bought seven vehicles from Five Star and through the same salesperson. I have had nothing but great experience both from customer service, the finance team and management. I recommend this place over any other dealership there is. More

As a result, when it came time to get a new vehicle, this dealership was the first place I went to. I leased a 2016 Ford F150 Supercrew on 4/24. The people I dealt with during my visit were, across the board were all very professional, very gracious, and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and had full knowledge of the terms and conditions of both the contract and vehicle before I signed anything and made the agreement. I highly recommend dealing with Five Star Ford for if you don't want to be hassled and told constantly, "I'll have to check with my manager". More

I had called ahead to talk with a salesman and he agreed to stay past his normal quitting time Really enjoyed buying my 2013 Fusion from these folks. I had called ahead to talk with a salesman and he agreed to stay past his normal quitting time to meet us. We were greeted with smiles and handshakes from several of the sales staff. Our salesman listened to our needs and wants concerning a vehicle and came up with a unit on the lot that I felt was a good fit and a great deal! We were introduced to the GM , who personally called us a few days later to make sure that we were happy with the car. In finance, We were given a no pressure presentation of the extended warranty options and surprised with a lower than expected interest rate. Great Service Experience! More
