Great Deal - Great Treatment I had contacted the Car Pro Show a few months back about trading in my 2008 Expedition - Jerry referred to Rick Dike - I called him in advance - he I had contacted the Car Pro Show a few months back about trading in my 2008 Expedition - Jerry referred to Rick Dike - I called him in advance - he had a model waiting on us to drive - he cut us a great deal - he treated us like we were the only customer there that day, and the place was packed when we got there - he knows how to treat customers, no BS - straight to the point, which is what I want. They had 10 deals go down at same time ours did so the finance guys were real busy at the time. They found us a great interest rate and again went straight to the point - did not try to sell us on stuff we did not need, made sure we were comfort the entire time and were fast about their part The entire staff treated us like we were something special and I did not really realize that Rick was the Sale Manager until we were leaving and someone told me that, but he never mentioned that - and I thought wow - as busy as he was that day and he treated us like we like we were his only customer. We started off the day going to dealership that sold us the 2008 model thinking repeat customers get better deals - not - and the person we dealt with made us feel like we were wasting his time.; My hats off to Rick and the entire staff at 5 Star Ford - best experience in buying a vehicle ever - if you want to be treated with respect and get a great deal - 5 Star Ford and Rick I listen the Car Pro Show on a regular bases - and they hit the nail on head on this one- great advice and a great dealership . Jim and I looked for trucks with my specs, found three, and within 15 minutes of me driving off he called and had the right truck for me. Picked it up Friday, had the "Freddie Finance Experience" even though I had my own financing he still does all the paperwork. Jess set up my sync for me and I was off. We have personally purchased two vehicles from these guys and another three throughout our company, not to mention the countless referrals to others. From sales to service the experience is greatly genuine . This visit started with a call to Jim Rich about looking at a car for my wife and by the end of the day we were in the exact vehicle she wanted. Understanding business, this is a result of having the appropriate inventory on the ground. There wasn't a need to keep looking or to 'order' what was needed; it was just a matter of finding it on the lot. Jim was excellent to deal with which was no surprise since we've done business before. He genuinely remembered me and my wife from my truck purchase. This is where the visit really impressed me this time. When you go into the back office to sign all of the papers, there is a little feeling of nervousness. We encountered Tut, or 'Tedwards' as my wife accidentally called him from his email address. Tut doesn't have the absolute glamorous part of the job, but he made his process fun and very personable. He's really the kind of guy that doesn't need coffee to be in a good and fun mood! I apologize for the long review, but you generally only want to express hatred or gratitude in a review and I am VERY excited to express my gratitude for this company! I was introduced to the dealership thru the Car Pro and my first experience was meeting with Terry Rich who welcomed me to the dealership, brought me into his office upstairs listened to my needs and then set me up with Rick. For the 20 years prior to that first meeting with Terry and Rick, I had never experienced a more hassle-free, simple and quick car buying experience than I had with them. From the moment I walked in to the final signature and handing me the keys I felt like a customer should feel...important.
