Three weeks ago, I brought my 2020 Tacoma in for service. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle stripped the bolts on the skid plate when reinstalling. After waiting almost three hours, I was told that the bracket where the skid plate is attached was rusted out and had to be replaced. I told the service manager that I wanted to wait on ordering the parts. I wanted to speak with the dealership about the warranty first. I would like to get the parts ordered to fix the truck but no one will return my calls from service. On one call I was transferred to parts who told me I had to speak with service.
