I just bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Traverse, and Coby was my salesperson. He was absolutely wonderful from the start. Shelley at colonial west, was so amazing and generous. I had a recall on my vehicle and was wondering if I could get it done at their dealership. Since I have a Mazda and they are partners with the Mazda I had a recall on my vehicle and was wondering if I could get it done at their dealership. Since I have a Mazda and they are partners with the Mazda dealership we ended up bringing it there. She went above and beyond and helped me get a tow truck for my car to be towed and and a rental while my car was being serviced. I Told Carlos I did not want Exdended Warranty. When I went to get the Car. He added it.. when I told him I didn't want it..He raised the Interest..I would have never bought the car if I could have found one like it anywhere else.. but it had what I wanted Ivan was Great but CARLOS SUCKS!!! More
