I am a 45 year old woman who has never bought a car herself before. Either my father helped me, my husband, or my father-in-law. About 6 months ago, however, I was in a time pinch and needed to sell/pu herself before. Either my father helped me, my husband, or my father-in-law. About 6 months ago, however, I was in a time pinch and needed to sell/purchase at a time that didn't work for all of these men in my life. Mildly terrified, I ended up at CWC of Fitchburg and met Alex at the door when I walked in. It was a hike from where we live in Natick, about an hour+ away, and I didn't have the patience to "shop around" and make that drive several times before committing to a purchase. This could've been the perfect recipe for disaster for a customer, and a perfect dream scenario for a sales person. But, I never felt like Alex was taking advantage of any of this. I LOVE the car I ended up with, but it did have some minor issues. So far, Alex has arranged TWICE for a loaner to be brought to our home in Natick so that we wouldn't have to make the drive ourselves, had the car detailed both times, and made certain that all of the problems were fixed. He, and his team, have been nothing but excessively helpful, understanding, and more accommodating than they could ever be expected to be. I have no idea what I did to deserve such a dream team of car sales people, but I am certainly grateful beyond words for the service experience I've had with these people. I wish I could give this dealership 20 stars because 5 just doesn't seem to do them justice! Thank you so much for continuing to serve your customers the way you do :) You've all changed my understanding of what car buying is all about! More

I went to Colonial West specifically to purchase a 2022 Oasis Blue Trailblazer. There weren’t any available in my area but I researched and found one at Colonial West. I took the ride to Fitchburg from Weymouth see the car. It was the one I wanted. Coby was my salesman. He was awesome. He answered all my questions…no stress.
