I cannot recommend this dealership enough! We stopped by one evening, not realizing they were closed and they (John and Geno) still let us in and answered our questions regarding Camaro’s. There was only on one evening, not realizing they were closed and they (John and Geno) still let us in and answered our questions regarding Camaro’s. There was only one Camaro in their possession but It was at a graphic shop and not in the lot. They suggested we could swing by the design shop to see if It was parked outside to get an initial look, so we did. We fell in love and followed up the next day. From there, It was then most seamless car buying experience we’ve ever had. I filled out the credit application online and they had most of the paperwork ready to go before we came in. I was buying the car as a surprise for my husband and they offered to deliver the car to our home and were genuinely excited to be a part of It. Top notch service from start to finish. I still can’t believe It happened as quickly and seamlessly as It did. My view on car buying is forever changed after our experience there! More

Not Colonial West from the moment I walked into the door I was greeted by a friendly sales consultant. We discussed what I exactly wanted in my vehicle, where I wanted to be at for my payment, etc. I never once felt pressured into buying a vehicle. I purchased a new truck from them that was coming off the incoming truck as I wanted one that was not sitting on the lot for long and they were more than understanding. I kept this truck for 2 years and just recently traded it in for a newer used truck. From Geno to his whole team the whole process was made effortless like a well oiled machine at no point did things not go smooth.. This is the only dealership I will recommend. More

I have been bringing my car to Colonial because Zach in their service department is amazing! When it came time to buy a new car it was a no brainer. Typically buying a car stresses me out. I went to Colonial West to trade in my 2011 Silverado for an upgrade, thanks my salesman Vinny and the whole team at Colonial, I walked out of there with a loaded 2019 Silverado and I couldn’t be happier. Vi an upgrade, thanks my salesman Vinny and the whole team at Colonial, I walked out of there with a loaded 2019 Silverado and I couldn’t be happier.
