I bought my last Mercedes at HuntValley Mercedes, and I found that all of the sales representatives over there are obnoxious, to the point where I was so disgusted from no one returning my phone calls, Iwent into the dealership, and requested to deal with the manager. Casey is very personable, answers any questions you have about the vehicle you want to buy in length, is not pushy, gives you his honest opinion on what ever your decision might be, and I can tell you it is one of my best experiences I have had, in building my SL 55 with him. He is always very professional and understanding of circumstances. Additionally, the gentleman who washed and cleaned my car, did an outstanding job! I take great care of my Mercedes and so did he! It looked ‘showroom’ new! I regret that I didn’t ask for his name!! I have been a customer here since 1997 and have loved my six cars and this dealership. Casey Duffy is fantastic in the sales office. I think this is my third car with him. The office staff are always helpful~very professional, and friendly. I like the individual attention given to customers. (I’ve noticed how others are treated.) It’s nice to see and experience this in an impersonal world. More

We went into the dealership with pre-approval but once we sat down to finalize the details, the other bank introduced stipulations that weren’t prov We went into the dealership with pre-approval but once we sat down to finalize the details, the other bank introduced stipulations that weren’t provided when the pre-approval was secured. It was fairly late (8pm-ish) when we determined we would need to revisit and secure financing through the finance department at the dealership but since it was so late, we would have to revisit the following morning. We left feeling very frustrated. About 5 minutes after we left, we received a call that the approval had gone through and we could come back and complete the purchase. It was about 8:30by this time. Before we left, Larry assured us things would be done first thing in the morning and somehow, he managed to get it done within minutes after business hours! This dealership is full of exemplary sales and finance people who go above and beyond to ensure their customers walk away happy every time. We couldn’t have asked for better experiences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

This is our second purchase with Casey and he was phenomenal. He actually reached out to us at the 6 month mark to find out how we were enjoying our car and the rest is history!
