We’ve felt with Chevy Exchange for 4 years now . The first time was when we leased the 2016 Equinox. Now we have the 2010 Equinox. We came back to them because they’ve been very accommodating and under first time was when we leased the 2016 Equinox. Now we have the 2010 Equinox. We came back to them because they’ve been very accommodating and understanding. The salesman Cass and the Manager who help us understood our reasoning and situation as to why we wanted certain things. Even their service department is very accommodating and helpful. When our lease is up in the next 3 years we are surely going back to them. More

A Blessing For a few weeks i had been looking for a car and 2 dealers had not been able to help me. The Chevy Exchange had been calling me and texting that they For a few weeks i had been looking for a car and 2 dealers had not been able to help me. The Chevy Exchange had been calling me and texting that they could help me with a car. I finally answered and told them my situation and did not wanna waist my time by going. 3 days ago Cass from The Chevy Exchange made sure i left with a car!! I had a few tears of joy when i signed for my car. That feeling of relief knowing that you got a car! I was able to drive myself to work that afternoon in my own car with the help of Cass!! My situation wasn’t a challenge for them. They told me before going that i would leave with a car. I recommend anyone facing a challenge to get a car visit Cass at The Chevy Exchange in Lake Bluff!! More

I searched Glenview, Liberyville, and Schaumburg before stopping into the Exchange and decided this was the best deal and place to buy for me. Business manager Emir made the delivery painless and was in and out in 45 minutes. I will be back to buy my wife her third new Equinox. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience.
