This is my 4th BMW, 2nd X5, and the Flemington BMW staff hit it out of the park again. Vince was waiting for me as I pulled up and greeted me and we had a great conversation. Catherine went over all the paperwork with me and made that process seamless and quick. Greg also took the time to go over everything the truck has to offer and help me set up my phone and preferred settings.
