2 hours for an oil change seems excessive. I have had different experiences depending on which vehicle I bring in. Not certain I would feel comfortable having my daughter visit this service ce I have had different experiences depending on which vehicle I bring in. Not certain I would feel comfortable having my daughter visit this service center on her own. Repair prices seem to be overpriced and I question whether it is a tactic to try to get me to purchase a new vehicle or just gouging by commission based service department. If you are under warranty, Ferman is fine, if not, you likely are getting overcharged. Being told not to rotate tires, when all 4 are the same size didn't sound right. I don't get a warm and fuzzy integrity / golden rule feeling from this place. More

Good dealership trying hard to work around the policies of a careless manufacturer. 'We are not responsible, per company policy" is not a good way to entice customers to continue to buy BMW products. I left my X3 for standard service at Ferman BMW. I mentioned a problem, that the car had problems starting, and would like that to be looked at. The service staff did the "service" charged me $954 a I mentioned a problem, that the car had problems starting, and would like that to be looked at. The service staff did the "service" charged me $954 and said the car is fine despite the problems with starting. A week later, the car left me in the parking lot, refusing to start. I had to have it towed to Ferman BMW again to fix it. This time, when they looked into the problem, they found it and fixed it, costing me again $1096. A lot of wasted time, trouble, and cost of having the car towed and some extra costs with the service could have been avoided if the service staff had looked into the problem I originally mentioned. More
