Excellent! People keep checking on us with good feedback on progress or anything that we needed. Not much more to add but the cleaning job on the car was far from perfect. Cesar is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain to you what is really happening with your car. He is very detailed and professional. The outside guys are very friendly. Some inside service agents to you what is really happening with your car. He is very detailed and professional. The outside guys are very friendly. Some inside service agents are unprofessional. One comment made to me made my skin boil. Putting that aside, I was even overcharged before for service and requested a callback from a manager and never got one. Just a text message from the service agent stating a credit for the difference would be applied back to my card in a few days. Makes me wonder how many times that happened to other consumers. I bought 3 BMW’s at this dealership in the past 2 years but will not use them for future sales all because of the service experience. Besides, my sales agent doesn’t work for the dealership anymore. More

This is a wonderful dealership with fantastic people and an excellent facility. The service advisors are BMW enthusiasts and are dedicated to providing a first class customer experience. I had booked service on line with all the things I needed done and checked out. I arrived and after a short time they said my car was ready. They did the recall work. However, none of the other work had bee done and checked out. I arrived and after a short time they said my car was ready. They did the recall work. However, none of the other work had been done. So I was there 3 hours later for a total of 4.5 hours and nothing was fixed. More
