We had a terrible experience. Again. No response from customer service as to when we would get our vehicle back. 5 days for a repair when it should have taken half that. We cons Again. Our car has been in the repair center for over a month waiting for a part. The mechanical staff has been amazing in keeping us informed. However, GMC is unable to obtain the parts needed for their cars. T waiting for a part. The mechanical staff has been amazing in keeping us informed.
