He also loves interacting with the dealership’s longtime customers. “It’s amazing … the loyalty that Honda customers have is amazing.” Chuck, who has worked at Don Ayres for seven years, spends a lot of his free time participating in his favorite off-road sport: rock crawling.

Excellent service We have owned 5 Honda vehicles covering a 20 year span more or less and have been pleased with everyone of them. I have been widowed for over 3 years We have owned 5 Honda vehicles covering a 20 year span more or less and have been pleased with everyone of them. I have been widowed for over 3 years and when I take my Honda Pilot in for service, I feel confident they look after me and up front with me when anything is recommended that needs attention with my vehicle when taken in for yearly oil change and any other maintenance needed and do not try to add things that aren't needed. More

He called around 2:30 and told me the car was ready and yes it was a stone wedged in the brakes. When I arrived he came out to meet me. He is such a nice guy! I paid my bill and drove off noise free! So growing up and now as an adult, mother and grandmother I still purchase my vehicles from Don Ayres Honda. My Husband and I just updated our 2007 EX-L (which Chuck Suter helped us keep in great working order) Odyssey to a 2015 EX-L Odyssey and loved every step of the process. Jeff Ward worked with us patiently while we shopped for the perfect fit and he survived multiple tests drives with my husband!! The negotiations with Carlo went well and we received great rates through Honda finance. We are extremely happy with our new certified Odyssey! The ride is so smooth and the vehicle is very user friendly, even for an older woman like me. Love, love, love it! More
