Service advisor Chuck Suter knows that customers are usually a little worried when they have to bring their car in for repairs. That’s why his first order of business is to try and put them at ease. “I try to explain why or how the problem occurred,” he says. “Then, we talk about what we can do to prevent it from happening again.” Chuck loves being able to help customers resolve maintenance issues. He also loves interacting with the dealership’s longtime customers. “It’s amazing … the loyalty that Honda customers have is amazing.” Chuck, who has worked at Don Ayres for seven years, spends a lot of his free time participating in his favorite off-road sport: rock crawling.

Excellent service We have owned 5 Honda vehicles covering a 20 year span more or less and have been pleased with everyone of them. I have been widowed for over 3 years We have owned 5 Honda vehicles covering a 20 year span more or less and have been pleased with everyone of them. I have been widowed for over 3 years and when I take my Honda Pilot in for service, I feel confident they look after me and up front with me when anything is recommended that needs attention with my vehicle when taken in for yearly oil change and any other maintenance needed and do not try to add things that aren't needed. More

He called around 2:30 and told me the car was ready and yes it was a stone wedged in the brakes. When I arrived he came out to meet me. He is such a nice guy! I paid my bill and drove off noise free!
