Incredibly frustrated. My cross traffic warning sensors are not working properly. Nothing even close to what BMW c demonstrates on their video. No help from BMW Sarasota wh My cross traffic warning sensors are not working properly. Nothing even close to what BMW c demonstrates on their video. No help from BMW Sarasota who claimed it is working properly but refuses to test the system with my car. They claim they cannot cause an “accident” so therefore cannot test my car. I will be selling my BMW X5 2022 car and will not purchase another BMW. You have lost a customer for life as well as all the people I will tell. More

It is clear they employees work as a team to get the customer the best possible outcome . Joshua my advisor was very responsive and kept me apprised. I do believe the technician should be recognized as customer the best possible outcome . Joshua my advisor was very responsive and kept me apprised. I do believe the technician should be recognized as they were the technical people with the expertise. I can tell you as an executive for 20 plus years it is imperative to recognize your front line people. Please on my behalf thank him very much. Service was superb and people at all levels except senior leadership were kind, courteous , and helpful. My only criticism if a client asks to speak to leadership it should be a priority. I tried 3 times to speak to Mr Torres and never did he call back.after his vacation His secretary and Customer service dept assured me the message was passed on. In his absence when he was on vacation I left message for Vp on his voice mail , no response. I personally would have made that a priority as an executive so this did concern me.that they never followed through and I expect better from senior leadership. Don’t pass customer requests to subordinates if they specifically ask to talk to you., I will close with recognition to your staff and middle management. More
