Top notch every time I come in whether I have an appointment or not. No charge on certain services to my surprise! All personnel are highly respectful of my needs. Ray Chevy treats you well. What I really like about them is that they don't try to "hard sell" you on any repairs. They give you a print out of what needs to be done and then you decide if you want the work is that they don't try to "hard sell" you on any repairs. I scheduled my oil change online, and your online pricing states it's $39.99 for an oil change. My bill came to $62.04. When I went to pay my bill, I stated to the receptionist that your website states its 40.00, but she didn't bother to check. My customer number is 88106. I had service done on 11/8 at 3:15 pm and my name is Amy Mitchell. I have purchased my last 2 cars with your dealership, and am quite disappointed in the lack of trying to help me when I went to pay my bill. More

Worst service department I have ever dealt with! Walked into an empty service dept. where a couple of minutes later, three employees walked in chatting and laughing. All three went to their desks an immed into an empty service dept. where a couple of minutes later, three employees walked in chatting and laughing. All three went to their desks an immediately stuck their noses into their computers. At no time was I ever greeted or even acknowledged. After waiting another couple of minutes, I asked if anyone could help me and was told "they would get to me in a minute". RUDE and DISRESPECTABLE!! My recommendation is take your vehicle to a dealer who actually feels that customer service is #1. More
