I have a situation where a car not only has to work for me but it also has to accommodate my handlicapped son. Jeff went out of his way to ask questions about my son and his wheelchair. He also paid a lot of attention to what I liked in the first car he showed me. He called and brought another car to my home the next day that he thought might work better. He seemed to remember every comment I'd made and the car he brought to my house turned out to be perfect. He even let me drive it to my son's to make sure the wheelchair fit. I have never dealt with a salesman like Jeff. He made the whole car buying experience stress-free and actually pleasant. Everything he promised, he did and more. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was professional and friendly right down to Christie who set up my financing. Klaben is a great place to deal! More
