I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Don Mott is a great sales person as well as feeling he is our friend. Our recent experience in turning in our Lincoln MKC and leasing our new Corsair was flawless. I normally deal with the people at Klaben/Crown Ford in Warren. Gary James contacted me about the used Ford F-150 and thought I might be interested. I went and looked at it and chose to purchase it.
