I came in for an oil change and a couple of recalls. I was nervous about the experience after reading some of the service center reviews online but I had an excellent experience from the initial check i I was nervous about the experience after reading some of the service center reviews online but I had an excellent experience from the initial check in with James to the service and help offered by advisor Chuck. It took a little longer than I thought it should for an oil change with an appointment, a software update and checking a couple of bolts, but I was in and out in less than 2 hour. The area has access to a couple of coffee shops in the area that are within walking distance, so it’s not like you’re stuck in one spot if you need to kill some time. Sales staff were all friendly as well and happy to chat while I was looking around. Don’t be misled by the reviews. This dealership has largely got their act together. More
