The process of purchasing the car was very smooth and hassle free! As a new BMW owner, Tom and Anatoliy took their time showing me all the features on the 2020 BMW 330 Xdrive 2020. Noha explain in detail each warranty and additional service offered by BMW which enabled me make an informed, sound decision knowing I have peace of mind that the cost of vehicle basic maintenance is taken care of. Even with pandemic precautions Flemington BMW makes you feel welcome and comfortable right from your arrival. I visited 2 other dealers and each seemed annoyed I was there, so BMW was welcome and refreshi feel welcome and comfortable right from your arrival. I think we all can agree that normally going to buy a new car is one of the most aggravating and stressful things a person can do. I’ve bought countless cars because most of my family drags me along with the car is one of the most aggravating and stressful things a person can do. I’ve bought countless cars because most of my family drags me along with them to help fight the battle that usually takes place. With that being said, I must say that this was THE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. EVER. From the minute I arrived Anthony didn’t treat me like a customer, he treated me like a friend. He was patient with me, looked out for my best interest, and went above and beyond what was expected. There was never a point in time where I felt like I was being sold to, I felt relaxed and supported by Anthony the whole time. From this moment on, I will only be buying BMWs and I will only be buying them from Anthony. More

Cindy, my internet sales advisor, was very helpful and JR personally delivered the car to my house 30 minutes away from the dealership. Purchase of BMW X.3 at Flemington. This was the second BMW that I purchased at Flemington. Both experiences were excellent. I saw the BMW advertised on their website yesterday. I sent a quick email which was immediately answered by Cindy Amin, their Internet specialist. Within a half an hour, we negotiated a very fair price. That experience could not have been better. She arranged for me to come in today to see Tom Terrill,the Client advisor. I have purchased many cars over the years and I can say without question that Tom was the most pleasant, patient and informative advisor that I have ever had. Following meeting with Tom, we met with the business advisor, Noha Amin, to complete all the paperwork. She was very informative and also a pleasure to work with.
