We had an issue with the audio system. It was cutting out at random times. All forms of audio were distorted even navigation which could be disastrous when making highway changes on busy It was cutting out at random times. The service people diagnosed the problem, apparently a known issue, and ordered parts. They graciously gave us loaners each time. So far the problem has not returned but it was very random. So hopefully they got it right. More

The service department is the best part of this dealership. I’ve been going here for 11 years. They are honest, kind and make sure all your concerns are addressed. They were able to fix my tire so quickly, so I would not miss any more work. I can't explain how satisfied I am with the care and attention we received last week after we discovered one of our wheels had broken a stud and lost I can't explain how satisfied I am with the care and attention we received last week after we discovered one of our wheels had broken a stud and lost 3 nuts. Even though it was after service hours on a weekend, I sent a text message and received overwhelming responses from several individuals. Once I was able to get the car to service, they took over and did a wonderful job. Clayton kept me informed the entire time and made sure that everything was corrected.
