Just purchased my second vehicle from Sport Mazda North! The whole process was straightforward and pain-free. I was told I could even have the vehicle delivered, but I'm old school and wanted to drive it off the lot myself. My sales associate, Connor, never pressured me and made sure he got answers to all of my questions. Pricing was upfront and any fees and taxes were itemized and easy to understand. Found out Connor is a fan of Nickelback, but other than that he's a great guy :) Doug in finance was great. No pressure. He just told me what was available and how it could benefit me, but never used any Jedi mind tricks. Would most definitely recommend Sport Mazda North for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. (I've bought both). Thanks for the great experience! More

First of all, I have to say that after making the decision of getting a new car my fiance and I visited this place like 700 times, first to choose the car, then to change the color, then to get a use decision of getting a new car my fiance and I visited this place like 700 times, first to choose the car, then to change the color, then to get a used car on top of the new car, then to change the trim of the new car. My fiance is a mathematician as a hobby and an Engineer and Architect as a profession; thus, you can have an idea of how picky and perfectionist he might be with absolutely everything especially when it comes to numbers. Thus, I have to admire Connor and Shane's patience and professionalism to deal with us. We were both first-time buyers and inexperienced when it comes to buying a car and they both guided us through and answered all of our questions (trust me we had many) with a smile on their faces independently of the time. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat and I would recommend Connor and his leader Shane as well, oh and let's not forget about David (one of the financial guys) who also was amazing. So at the end of this long process, we ended super happy and pleased with our deals. More

I found the car online, they sent me videos and pictures as I requested, negotiated the deal over the phone and via electronic communication, and they picked me up from the Orlando airport when I flew in to purchase my pre-owned truck.
