Excellent Customer Service Bob in the Service Department went over and beyond to find the what was going wrong with my husbands F150. I Take Back My Previous Review I previously gave Currie Motors 5 stars when I purchased my Ford Escape last month but am not happy because the night of the purchase we were promised I previously gave Currie Motors 5 stars when I purchased my Ford Escape last month but am not happy because the night of the purchase we were promised a first oil change free because this was our third purchase from them and although they do not offer free oil changes any longer the salesperson said they would honor it for us as the vehicle was a demo and had 3600 miles on it. My husband contacted the salesperson to schedule the free oil change and was now told that they cannot do it. So if you want to purchase a vehicle from them they are great but don't expect anything else after the sale is final. I am so disappointed.... More

Yes they are worth the drive as from the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome and feel that YOU are important to them and they will jump through hurdles to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I had the pleasure this time to have Cornelius Murray as my salesperson and I cannot praise his customer service enough! He took his time helping me and my husband find the right Ford Escape for our needs and our budget. The store manager and the Finance department made sure we got the special Ford rebates that were available and worked hard to get the numbers to fit our budget as well. Car shopping is stressful but this dealer and its awesome employees make this burdensome event easier. More
