Service experience was fine, but (once again) longer than promised. I don’t blame cosmo for the longer than expected service but don’t know why Rallye continues to tell people 2 hours or less if that’s rarel promised. I don’t blame cosmo for the longer than expected service but don’t know why Rallye continues to tell people 2 hours or less if that’s rarely been my experience. Secondly, my car was inspected but that is not reflected in the My BMW app. I texted cosmo and Chris Blanco asking them to fix this issue and never heard back. My family has purchased cars from rally and gotten them serviced at Rallye in the past - I mainly choose Rallye bc of the l vicinity to my home at this point. More
