Finally a dealership that puts the customer first!! I have bought new vehicles since 1997 and have a variety of experiences with multiple dealerships. I was so satisfied with my experience at Summit Place Kia, Specifically with Costa, that I decided to buy two cars! Honestly, I wont be able to go anywhere else. Costa was professional and attentive, even when he had other customers he took the time to acknowledge each customer, while not forgetting about the deal he had in front of him. Bottom line:...... the guy knew the product, paid attention to his customers ,maintained professional demeanor and, most importantly, was down to earth, I almost forgot I was buying a car. I will be back in about 6 months for my third KIA, and I know who to call. Anyone who is fortunate enough to have Costa as their salesman, will probably never go to another dealership! More

I went in expecting just to test-drive a few Kias I had my eye on and get some pricing information. I left with the car I think was actually meant for me, and I wouldn't have been able to find it without the help of the awesome staff here! I knew I wanted a Kia Sportage, but I knew absolutely nothing else past that. Costa so patiently showed me multiple cars, helped me budget, and figure out which plan and model of Sportage would be the perfect car for me. This car feels like it was meant for me! It is so perfect and I could not be happier with the car, the monthly payment right around where I wanted to pay, and the experience at the dealership was a little long (because of weighing different options), but it was well worth it to get the perfect price and perfect car! More

Excellent Service by Costa We went looking for a Kia and Costa showed us the Sorento but when we saw the Telluride we had to have it. This vehicle is not easy to come by. New 2019 KIA Sorento - David Lee is the best I am a former owner of a 2015 Kia Sorrento. I totaled my car which, although a very unfortunate situation, handled amazingly in in my car accident. After comparing multiple vehicles I could not refuse the amazing warrantee that Kia offers. I headed into Summit Pl., Kia Auburn Hills and met with David Lee. He was an amazing salesman. He got me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and gave me no pressure in making my decision. I would recommend him hands-down. Shower out to Jason Demopoulos & Ken Vink in finance for bending over backwards to get the rate that I wanted for my loan. Another shout out to Eric Carlton in Costa Demopoulos for loaning me phone chargers when my cell phone died. You all treated me like family. Thank you so much! I really love my car!!! Also, I have worked with Marcus Rexford in the Service department over the last five years and I think he is an exceptional employee of Summit Pl., Kia as well.
