After comparing multiple vehicles I could not refuse the amazing warrantee that Kia offers. I headed into Summit Pl., Kia Auburn Hills and met with David Lee. He was an amazing salesman. He got me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and gave me no pressure in making my decision. I would recommend him hands-down. Shower out to Jason Demopoulos & Ken Vink in finance for bending over backwards to get the rate that I wanted for my loan. Another shout out to Eric Carlton in Costa Demopoulos for loaning me phone chargers when my cell phone died. You all treated me like family. Thank you so much! I really love my car!!! Also, I have worked with Marcus Rexford in the Service department over the last five years and I think he is an exceptional employee of Summit Pl., Kia as well. Coming in clutch I was in a very bad way with my Trailblazer, there were expensive repairs waiting to be done, and I still had over $2,000 left on the loan for it. I s I was in a very bad way with my Trailblazer, there were expensive repairs waiting to be done, and I still had over $2,000 left on the loan for it. I started a new job that is a significantly longer commute than my previous job, and my gas guzzling Chevy was becoming an issue. My colleagues recommended I check out Summit Place Kia, as one of them had bought a car from them very recently, and another had gone with their spouse to get a car as well. I was skeptical that I would be able to make a deal, as my credit is fairly bruised. I was very, very wrong about that. Costa D was waiting at the front door and helped me right away, and when I say he and the team put in some serious work to get me into a different ride, I mean it. I was not an easy person to finance, but they came together like Voltron to find a car that fit my needs and get me financed. It took a while to find the right fit for me, but these guys are tenacious. I drove out of there in a car that was WAY newer than I expected to end up in, and with far lower miles than I expected. Needless to say, I was also wearing a very big smile! I will be back when the time comes, and I know it will be just as positive of an experience as I had this time! More
