Didn't communicate that they needed too keep the vehicle overnight. When they did call me back the next day they had not worked on my vehicle and were going to charge me double the quoted price to install a overnight. When they did call me back the next day they had not worked on my vehicle and were going to charge me double the quoted price to install a factory lift kit. Then after going to finally get my vehicle (with no lift installed because they said they needed it for several more days and would not honor their original quote) they refused to load the lift kit that i had ordered because it was "too heavy". I kind worker from the parts depertment overheard this and came to the rescue so we loded it ourselves. My experience with the parts team and sales team (because i bought the jeep there) has always been amazing. Unfortunately, I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back for service. More
