I have made repeated attempts to contact salesman for status of payoff and locator device, but have fallen on deaf ears. I’m very dissatisfied with my purchase and the lack of follow-up care I have received. I was told when I started to have transmission problems to take it to the dealer they would be the best one to fix the issues. My truck developed issues with the transmission around the end of December. I had it towed to the dealership and I’ve been very satisfied with Jayla. He kept me informed on how the repairs who were going how much it would cost and what would my next steps be so I got my truck back January 21 the transmission was supposed to have been repaired. February 1 my transmission started acting up again and I had to have it towed again to the dealership. Where it currently is. I probably will always stay with McCluskey Chevrolet because of the way they treated my wife in 2018. She bought the truck for me while I was out of town in 2018! Thank you for that.
