I went in there for one thing to get a cap put over my lock. They fixed the lock. I was a main concern was about the cap. Yesterday I was there for oil change and tire rotation, and the service rep Cruz looked into the record and recommended to do the transmission oil flush as well. I agreed and signed a paper when the car wa and the service rep Cruz looked into the record and recommended to do the transmission oil flush as well. I agreed and signed a paper when the car was serviced and done I paid and left thinking that all of the service items were done. When I got home, I looked into the video from the technician and he suggested that he did not get the tire rotation because he recommended that I should be changing the tires in the next 2 to 3 months. So Honda charged me for tire rotation, which was not done and the service rep should not charge me for that service. I have been overcharged for something that was not done. More
