Crystal has gone above and beyond to insure our RV issues are being taken care. She is very professional in what she does and we appreciate the fact that she even calls to insure we arrive safely back home - we have a 3 1/2 hour trip to the dealership. Some repairs have already been made and parts are on order and warranty is being researched on others. Crystal is the one that is seeing that all this takes place, for that, we are grateful. More

Great second experience like the first! My wife and I bought our first RV at Dodd RV and had a great experience, so when we were ready to move up we went back! Greg Guin was our salesman both times, and he showed us several models and explained the features of each. Our financing took less than 24 hours to obtain and we simply brought in our old RV and traded it with the new. Easy!!! They go over the RV with you and really explain EVERYTHING. How to winterize, de-winterize...everything! This is a TRUE customer service oriented company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! More

Came in for parts - left we new Rockwood Roo 21SS Warm, friendly, informative, and no hard sales here. We have visited both Dodd locations over the years generally, to get parts for our 2003 Star Cra Warm, friendly, informative, and no hard sales here. We have visited both Dodd locations over the years generally, to get parts for our 2003 Star Craft 19.6. This time we walked the lot as we had done the week before at the Portsmouth location. Found the Rockwood Roo 21SS on the lot and took a little tour before we found Tina. From then on what a great experience. She answered every question with a smile, provided us with more information than we could think of at the time. We asked about trading our well loved RV and she walked us through every aspect of the pros and cons. As we spent time with her other members of this team came by to answer any question we might have dealing with our current RV or a newer RV. Yes, we bought the new RRSS21, got a great trade in deal, excellent walk around briefing, and are looking forward to our first trip to Chipokes State Park in March More

We are newbies so Scott took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions over multiple visits. He was very fast in responding to my emails/calls. We never felt like he were trying to "sell us", but rather help us find the right fit for us. Much appreciated! During the walk through Jim was awesome! He gave us a run down of where everything was, how it worked, a maintenance schedule, etc. Great info and very helpful! Arnold made signing the paperwork fun while thoroughly explaining what we were signing. At the end he asked what he could do to make the experience better. Nothing Arnold, you are amazing! Crystal was great walking us through the necessary parts offering advice of what others found to be helpful. Very transparent and again not a pushy sales process. Thanks Crystal! Mike was around on most of our visits. He's a very personable guy and pretty funny too! Thanks Mike! Mary was also so helpful in getting me in touch with the appropriate person every time I called.
