Worst experience ever would never never recommend to anybody to buy a car here ..Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Tried to buy a used car a 2014 sonata limited and drove 1hr 30 min to do so was tre anybody to buy a car here ..Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Tried to buy a used car a 2014 sonata limited and drove 1hr 30 min to do so was treated terrible and they had other people in car when we got there they new we where driving all that way to buy it and no one ever asked for deposit to hold it either. So we drove it anyway after and was told by GM that we would still get first dibs as he put it.But basically because we had a large down payment and a pre approved loan for the small remaining Balance they sold the car to the other people because they supposedly where doing the paperwork at same time and they sold to them instead because they said car was more of a cash buy car Really!!! That's such BS and the financing guy tried to lie and say our loan wasn't good that the company in question doesn't do loan like this for this year of car and miles which was BS because we already had it pre approved and had a reference number for the loan in question so he was very rude throwing his hands up tell us car is sold already to other people very loud in front of everyone in show room not very professional so i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to buy car or do any business of any kind there ever!! More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The salesman Ed was extremely knowledgeable. Would have given a five star rating but the pricing policy sucks. They tried to force us to take $5 The salesman Ed was extremely knowledgeable. Would have given a five star rating but the pricing policy sucks. They tried to force us to take $5,000 of extra worthless warranties added to the MSRP. Many of them duplicating coverage or already covered by auto insurance. We were able to talk them down to $3,500 extras otherwise they would not sell us the car. Covid has brought out the worst of the American way! Yes, Covid has affected businessses, but it has also affected the consumer who is ultimately paying the price. More
