I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. My 2010 Subaru needed a bunch of work so I decided it was time for a newer vehicle. I wasn't sure I was going to stick with Subaru. While I was sniffing around at other dealerships deciding what to do, Josep time for a newer vehicle. I wasn't sure I was going to stick with Subaru. Working with Edgar Gaxiola, at Tucson Subaru was an excellent car buying experience. Edgar was personable, professional, and engaging. During a bit of down time in the process Edgar gave us a tour of excellent car buying experience. Edgar was personable, professional, and engaging. During a bit of down time in the process Edgar gave us a tour of the dealership. We were introduced to the Service Manager and the Parts/Accessories Manager. A nice touch when you're getting ready to purchase a new vehicle. Edgar introduced my wife and me to Jennifer, in finance, and the positive experience continued. The time to purchase our new Subaru Outback Wilderness passed quickly. Overall, we felt heard, respected, and we believe a good transaction was made.
