When it came time to schedule my first oil change, Big Star sent me reminder emails until I scheduled service. I opted for the concierge service. It was soooo nice having someone pick up my car, bring it in for servicing, and then bring my car back to me. I even received photos and updates as the car was being serviced. So far, I've only had great experiences with the folks at Big Star Cadillac. More
