Amazing customer service. I have purchased vehicles from BMW and VW, but I have never been treated as well as I was at Golf Mill Ford. Jonathan Sosa went above and beyond to help my wife and I. We are both extremely happy with our FIRST Ford, and this will definitely not be our last from Golf Mill Ford. It's more than just how well we were treated, but the patience that Jonathan Sosa had to explain everything about the vehicle, and not once did we feel pressured or rushed. More

I came in unannounced and Darwin was busy so he asked Damian to help me. Darwin & Damian worked together to make sure I got the best deal possible on my trade-in and that I walked out with the car I wanted for the price I was comfortable with. Buying a car can be a lengthy and stressful experience and I can say that as long as either of these gentlemen are selling cars they will have me as a customer! If you looking to go to battle - this is the place to go, The sales team members I met with were all about selling and NOT LISTENING to customer needs and wants. They were all about being your pal while NOT LISTENING to your wants and needs. They were all about their bottom line and NOT LISTENING to your wants and needs. They are all about themselves and NOT ABOUT LISTENING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WANTS AND NEEDS. My visit was early in the month . . . so making month end targets should not have been their goal . . . It seems this might be their mode of business. Save yourself the time and AGGRAVATION. TAKE A PASS on Golf Mill Ford - you'll either pay too much or waste your time. More
