Matthew Miller was a sales manager each time and he completely understood exactly what I was looking for and offered fair numbers across the board during both trade in and purchases. He was very accommodating of my personal requests on the new vehicles. Bill Cafyn who was my salesman for my most recent trade-in and purchase of a new traverse Z71. He was beyond knowledgeable navigating the computer systems.(He even figured out why I couldn’t submit my credit application online, it needs a home phone number even if you don’t have one!) His knowledge of new vehicles is highly impressive and walk me through all the cars features with ease. He effortlessly explained various things during the walk through and purchasing process. I am very Happy with the level of customer service Lester Glenn Chevrolet has to offer. More

My wife and i were very happy with our first experience dealing with Lester Glenn. Our initial concern about leaving another dealer group that we had loved only because they did not have a Chevrolet franch dealing with Lester Glenn. Our initial concern about leaving another dealer group that we had loved only because they did not have a Chevrolet franchise when we decided on the Colorado, was quickly put to rest when we met TJ and Nick and the Manager who helped us with the finance and paperwork. The process was fast and easy. They did everything they said they would do and satisfied our every question or concern. They facilitated my Bronco trade in making it easier for us take delivery of our new Colorado. It was top to bottom a great experience. Other notable mentions include the young lady at the reception desk who was among the most pleasant people we had interaction with. Though we don't remember her name we did speak to Nick about how much we noticed her positive attitude towards us. Also, i believe Heather who i spoke with on many occasions in the phone calls needed for TJ and I to put this deal together. She was wonderful as well. The dealership was clean, bright and felt warm. We are very happy with the way Nick went over and above the delivery of the vehicle and the command he had for the technical elements in the vehicle. He was very helpful in syncing our phones and setting up the screens and systems to our preferences. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our first dealings with Lester Glenn and you team of professionals. The people you hire can make or break an organization and it appears that Lester Glenn Chevrolet has figured that part out.
