My wife and I went to Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River to buy me a new car. We got an awesome truck!! I got a Dodge Ram!! Thank you to Matt and Mike the managers, who gave us great advice on the cars we were looking at. They were so helpful and kind. Kenneth, our salesman was great. He showed us all the cars we asked for and he made sure we were super happy with the car we picked. We got to drive the car and check it out entirely and we knew it was the one!! I can’t forget about Luis!! . He’s the man with the paperwork he made it smooth and easy. Ana was the sweetest! She called me after I told her I hit a deer, to check up on me and see how I was! My wife and i were very happy with our first experience dealing with Lester Glenn. Our initial concern about leaving another dealer group that we had loved only because they did not have a Chevrolet franch dealing with Lester Glenn. Our initial concern about leaving another dealer group that we had loved only because they did not have a Chevrolet franchise when we decided on the Colorado, was quickly put to rest when we met TJ and Nick and the Manager who helped us with the finance and paperwork. The process was fast and easy. They did everything they said they would do and satisfied our every question or concern. They facilitated my Bronco trade in making it easier for us take delivery of our new Colorado. It was top to bottom a great experience. Other notable mentions include the young lady at the reception desk who was among the most pleasant people we had interaction with. Though we don't remember her name we did speak to Nick about how much we noticed her positive attitude towards us. Also, i believe Heather who i spoke with on many occasions in the phone calls needed for TJ and I to put this deal together. She was wonderful as well. The dealership was clean, bright and felt warm. We are very happy with the way Nick went over and above the delivery of the vehicle and the command he had for the technical elements in the vehicle. He was very helpful in syncing our phones and setting up the screens and systems to our preferences. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our first dealings with Lester Glenn and you team of professionals.
