A terrific free service offered by the dealership called love encore delivery had us spend time with the specialist, Darla, acquainting is with all the new features of our Outback. She helped us set up everything from Bluetooth to seat positions and the touch screen. Her patience with us was most appreciated and had helped us thoroughly enjoy our new car. Dan Ford always provides an exceptional service experience, and this time was no different. After I made an on-line appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and one recall, Dan called with a h experience, and this time was no different.
