I recently had an oil change at the Koons Chevrolet dealership in White Marsh on 12/2/2025. Later that week I noticed that my handicap placard was missing from inside my center console. Since the only dealership in White Marsh on 12/2/2025. Later that week I noticed that my handicap placard was missing from inside my center console. Since the only people inside my vehicle besides me were the staff at the dealership I falsely accused them of taking it. When I received the GM survey in my email I gave the dealership a bad review because of what I had thought happened with the item. I have since found the missing item & I greatly apologize for my previous actions. The service department at Koons in White Marsh have been extremely professional & have performed their services to perfection. I would highly recommend this dealership to any & all people that I deal with. More
