Great experience form start to finsih I came in yesterday to look for a used Traverse and worked with Mike Lakhani. Mike was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. I decided not to get the vehicle because the mileage was a little too high and he said there was one coming in later in the afternoon with much lower mileage. Before I left Dan Hoyland came over and talked to about the benefits of buying from Martin Chevy. I went to five other dealers that day and not one gave me the attention, friendliness and confidence that they were the right dealership to purchasing from. That is why I went back to Martin Chevy and purchased a vehicle from Mike because from the very beginning he made me very comfortable in the process of buying a used vehicle and seemed to genuinely care if I bought one of their cars. The salesman I worked with, Matt Hoyland, was always very courteous and professional and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. He always got back to me promptly when I called with questions. Dan Hoyland in management was very accommodating in making arrangements for me to drive two different vehicles and was very generous in allowing me extra time to test drive these models so that I could share the experience with another family member who lives about 45 minutes away. I also felt that Dan worked with me to get the best possible deal on this new vehicle and my finances benefitted greatly from some incentives that were provided. I also appreciated working with Sam Anderon and James Dunn in regard to financing matters. They really know their information and are very patient in discussing options and answering questions. In summary I highly recommend Martin-Chevrolet in Crystal Lake because of the outstanding quality of people on this team in both management and sales. I have heard very positive things about the service department as well and am looking forward to taking my new Chevy Trax there for service, including the free oil changes and free car washes for the life of the vehicle!! The Best Dealership Around ! Period ! From the moment I met these guys over 5 years ago, there has always been three words that come to mind...honest, professional, and helpful. I had a g From the moment I met these guys over 5 years ago, there has always been three words that come to mind...honest, professional, and helpful. I had a great car purchase back in 2016 as we got a Chevy Trax for one of my kids from Martin Chevy... Great price, and the process of buying the car was not the high pressure crap you sometimes get at dealerships. Everything was going well, my daughter and her car were treated very well at Martin Chevy over the past few years and she loved her Trax... but an accident happened and the Trax saved her from injury, but suffered being totaled in the process... time to buy a new vehicle(or used). I started the whole internet search process, and let me tell you...there are dealerships out there that false advertise. Anyway, I went to Martin Chevy for information and to tell them my dilemma... they gave me the things to say to these "false" dealerships that would expose their schemes... eventually I came to my senses and realized that a sound, honest, trustworthy, and professional dealership is the place to do my business. My daughter has a very nice 2017 Malibu now and I have the knowledge that I will always shop at Martin Chevy for my new/used vehicles from here on out.
