Pressure free experience Marci greeted us and let us drive a handful of cars (even though most were the same model) and did so with never pushing or pressuring us into anythin Marci greeted us and let us drive a handful of cars (even though most were the same model) and did so with never pushing or pressuring us into anything. It took us a few days of deciding and continually driving the cars before we finally landed on one and never once did she ever push or apply any pressure to make a deal. She patiently waited for us to make a decision, overcame a few objections we had and answered all of our questions promptly. When we presented a scenario that was fairly complicated Dan came over to give us information and assurance we needed. We couldn't be any happier with the decision of the car we chose or the people we dealt with. We love the fact that we will get the lifetime car washes and oil changes and our warranty should cover us until we purchase our next car (starting at this dealer first). Thank you for making the whole experience as easy as possible!! More
