We were not intending to buy a car but CJ did a great job giving us information and went out of his way to make sure the car fit in our garage. Although he is new to the company, CJ provided exceptional cus giving us information and went out of his way to make sure the car fit in our garage. Although he is new to the company, CJ provided exceptional customer service. All went smoothly except for mistake made Finance Dept. Alex Shu specifically wrote a note per our instructions to hold check until July 17, but found out from bank that we were short of funds because check was cashed on July 15! This is a huge error that greatly impacted our trust in Honolulu GMC Cadillac. More
