Darius was very nice and helpful. It seemed like the service dept. was understaffed though since Darius was multitasking and there didn't seem to be anyone else around. When I called to make my service appt., nobody ever picked up the phone, so the admin person answered my questions and scheduled my appt. Unfortunately, our services were not done the day we expected them to be. Thankfully, we were given a loaner car so that we were not without a vehicle. It all worked out in the end, and we are very happy our visit. More

I was quoted four tire cost of $576. 48 which is what was actually reflected correctly on the final bill. This is where the transparency in cost stopped. I was quoted $166.48 for labor, balance, valve stem and all disposal fees. The final bill was $189.95 or an additional $23.47. I was then charged "Misc Charges" of $58.99 which the service tech (Darius) could not tell me what this amount consisted of and was never part of the quote. So, I ended up paying about $83 more than what I was quoted (by Austin). This isn't a large dollar amount for most; however, if you're going to provide a quote, you should only have to pay what the quote was (unless there is some extenuating circumstances). Not a good business model in my book. More

Unfortunately, I had to wait 30 minutes for service check in. Darius was the only available agent and although there were at least 10 other customers waiting was delightful, did not rush me, gave me full att in. Also, I was charged for the oil change and tire rotation even though I had previously pre-paid for those two services. Darius’ computer system did not register that previous payment. So now, when I return to the dealership I will show my pre-paid coupon and request my refund. Also, it was a long wait for my car. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15 and I left at 1:15. Although Darius provided a great service, I will only recommend this service center when it is staffed with more than 1 working representative. More

Bought a certified Honda Odyssey, along with the extended warranty. I don't buy used cars, but needed a feature only found on this particular year Odyssey. While under warranty complained that the rear t warranty. I don't buy used cars, but needed a feature only found on this particular year Odyssey. While under warranty complained that the rear tail gate latch wouldn't work consistently in the cold. Both times told they couldn't duplicate the problem. One time, service tech said he "sprayed" it, so that would help. Spring comes, all good. Get a cold snap, boom, tail gate latch gets glitchy, won't work. I Googled thinking I could just spray it myself it I knew what to do, and first thing that comes up is a TSB. Known problem on this van, trove of complaints, TSB was published five years ago, latch fails when temps go below 34F, needs to be replaced. Clearly a Honda dealer servicing hundreds of vans has knowledge of this. So I take it back and what do you know, I'm right. Latch needs to be replaced per the TSB, but guess what? The vehicle is still in the warranty time period but there's a "or 100,000 miles" in the fine print, and I'm over the mileage by 4000. In hind sight I realize that they didn't "find the problem" because they took it into their heated shop. Wilde's service department took advantage of me, clearly knowing that the TSB was there, and that by taking it into a warm environment they'd be able to say they couldn't find an issue . Their only offer was they'd give me 10% off the $800 repair. A repair which should have been done when I complained about it while under warranty! This smacks of dishonesty. I brought it in while it was under warranty, the problem persisted, they're responsible. Its not even about the money. I was aware that there were other maintenance items due on this van which would add up to a couple thousand (like the timing belt/tires), expected them to recommend them, planned on having work done while the latch was being repaired. Now I'd rather chew glass than give them a single dime. Service departments are what keeps a customer coming back to buy vehicles, and I would never buy again from Wilde. I strongly recommend if you're reading this, and thinking of buying from them, you think twice. I purchase vehicles for my business so I have relationships with other dealers in the Madison area. I've never experienced anything remotely like this anywhere else. Wilde Honda is not trustworthy. I'd like to clarify that I don't hold Darius in service responsible for this. Its managements fault.
