I came in with a simple repair with a truck I bought from Handy with a bumper to bumper warranty. I came in on 4/15 and still haven’t had a follow up scheduled to have my car fixed, not to mention the simple Handy with a bumper to bumper warranty. I came in on 4/15 and still haven’t had a follow up scheduled to have my car fixed, not to mention the simple fix isn’t covered under my warranty so I have to pay out of pocket. Service hasn’t been timely and communication hasn’t been great either. Only working with Handys until this issue is fixed and then I’ll be working with Goss moving forward. More
