My career in the automotive industry began 20 years ago, and I'm known for my reliability and hard work. I have the best customers who refer me to their family and friends time and time again. I am grateful for all of my clients, and I go above and beyond to exceed their expectations. Customers enjoy working with me because I am direct and easily accessible. Going to the beach is one of my favorite pastimes. Following the news is something I also enjoy; you could say that I am a newsie. BMW has given me the opportunity to see many places; I've traveled to Lake Louise in Banff, Canada, South Africa, and more. My wife and I own a hair salon in the Three Village area. We enjoy spending time with our dogs. I am a big fan of food and enjoy trying out new restaurants. Business development and social marketing are some of my skills. a simple warranty related issue that was their prior to purchase of my CPO vehicle which is still under new vehicle manufacturer warranty, this dealership is denying calling it outside influence. I’ve been a Rallye BMW customer for years; having leased an X1, an X2, and purchasing both a new X3 and a certified pre-owned X5. Rallye BMW in Westbury has always exceed my expectations. Darren in sale an X1, an X2, and purchasing both a new X3 and a certified pre-owned X5. Rallye BMW in Westbury has always exceed my expectations. Darren in sales is fantastic—he never uses pushy sales tactics and is always transparent and helpful. During the pandemic in late 2020, when supply-chain issues made buying a new car especially tricky, Darren went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed without any stress. Besides my parents and grandparents, Darren is also always the first to text me on my birthday or on New Year’s :) I guess you could say Rallye is like family. Chris W in the service department is equally great—honest and straightforward with no unnecessary upsells, just excellent service. All my interactions with this particular Rallye BMW dealership have made me feel as if they value me as a customer, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. More
