I have used their service center for years with good results. However both of my last 2 visits I have had negative experiences. First negative experience was being told that they would work an oil chan results. However both of my last 2 visits I have had negative experiences. First negative experience was being told that they would work an oil change into their schedule and then they did not. The last visit they did not put a cover back on after an oil change. They caught it late and I did not have to come back. More
