Horrible experience. I purchased a used 2020 Sienna that had profanity keyed into the trunk. I discovered the damage two days later, after my first drive in the vehicle. I purchased a used 2020 Sienna that had profanity keyed into the trunk. I discovered the damage two days later, after my first drive in the vehicle. When I informed the salesman, I was told they would not do anything to fix it and that it must have happened after I took ownership. The manager, Daryll, was extremely rude on the phone and only agreed to try to buff out the scratches, saying he wouldn’t do anything more. They later sent me a blurry picture of the rear of the vehicle claiming it wasn’t damaged when sold — which doesn’t clearly show the area in question. After posting a review about my experience on their website, the salesman called me to complain that my review cost him a bonus — which I found very unprofessional. It has now been three weeks since they promised to order a part so I can bring the car back for replacement and a possible attempt to buff out the scratches. They preach about customer service, but that clearly ends once they have your money More

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. The experience was very positive. The vehicle was ordered between emails and telephone conversation. When the vehicle arrived, I was notified by a phone call. I provided the dealer with copies of my driver's license, and insurance documents. I was given a final total figure to bring a check for. When I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was prepared and ready to be signed. They took the check and I signed all the papers. There was no additional attempt or pressure to purchase any plans or services. The salesman took us out to the vehicle, it was prepped and ready to go. The salesman paired our phones and demonstrated how to use all the vehicles features. Following that, we were on our way. The overall experience was a positive one. I have purchased from this dealership before, I am happy that I made the current purchase, and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.. More
