You didn’t replace both front and rear rotors on a car that I purchased less than a week prior. Only the front rotors were replaced due to poor business practices as well as poor repair practices. My salesperson was Jordan Jones, who was friendly and upbeat and polite the entire time. And patient! No matter how many times I asked the same question! I met the general manager, whose name I don’t rec upbeat and polite the entire time. And patient! No matter how many times I asked the same question! I met the general manager, whose name I don’t recall, sorry, but who was very helpful in figuring out with Jordan which vehicle was right for me, and then finding a match for me in the inventory. And I also met the finance manager, Brett, who was respectful and friendly, and who worked with me to reach a contract which I was comfortable with. I also briefly met another salesperson named I believe Nadar; he was not my official salesperson, but at one point while Jordan was going to speak with a manager, I asked him a quick question while he passed by, and he was very nice and helpful. This is the second car that I have purchased at DCH Kay Honda, and I have been happy with the experience both times. Thank you for helping me to find my CR-V! More

I am definitely the type of person who shops multiple car dealerships, both online and in-person. Buying a new car is too big an investment not to. Over the past decade or so, no matter where I compare prices, I always end up buying my new Honda from DCH Honda in Eatontown. Beyond the fact that they always end up giving me the best deal, the people at DCH are great. They treat me with respect and show true interest in making the car buying experience as best as possible. I recently bought a 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport from DCH, 2023 HRV from DCH, while trading in my Honda 2023 HRV that I also had purchased from their dealership. They gave me the best price for my trade-in and the best price on my new car. I also bought a 2019 Honda Pilot from them, so I have purchased three different Honda Models, all with great satisfaction. My salesperson Jamel Pitts handled the process quite well. He took time to listen to my perspective and even though we did not reach a deal on day one, a couple days later with some creative work behind the scenes by sales manager Dave Radice, DCH was able to get to the value on the trade and the discount on the Civic. Raymond Furslew in finance handled the paperwork, which by the way is mostly “not paper” as it is done electronically. All in all, DCH KAY Honda in Eatontown made me feel like a valued customer and is a dealership that I would strongly recommend for your next Honda purchase! More
