I had my 2005 Honda CRV serviced for the 135,400 miles I have put on this vehicle. Dave Rose has been my go to guy for service the last two years. He is always friendly and caring for the customer. He has the service work done that needs to be and also makes suggestions for thing that will have to be done in the future. The work is always done when Dave says it will be done if not sooner. He explained to me all that was done to my vehicle and then lets me know what will be done the next time that I am in for service. To me Dave Rose has my best interest to keep my vehicle in great running order. The cost is always fair because I plan on driving this CRV for some time and know that to keep it up in good shape one needs to spend the money where the dealership has the Honda knowledge. Dave Rose greeted me with a smile and called me by name as I drove into the service area. I had my CRV serviced and they also noticed my one windshield wiper blade was not working very well and I needed a as I drove into the service area. I had my CRV serviced and they also noticed my one windshield wiper blade was not working very well and I needed a new air filter. Before they did the last two things Dave came out to the waiting area and told me of these items that needed attention. They were done, I paid and off I went for home. I live over 20 minutes away from the dealership and needed to wait while the service on my Honda was performed. The wait was less time then they said and very much appreciate that. My window on the passenger side started sliding down on it's own on my way home from work on Thursday, October 27, 2011. I turned around and went directly to Williamson Honda. I told Dave Rose that he wa it's own on my way home from work on Thursday, October 27, 2011. I turned around and went directly to Williamson Honda. I told Dave Rose that he wasn't expecting me but what had happened. He was able to pry the window up and taped it. They took it into the back and came out and told me they had the part and were able to repair it yet that night. I had a fixed window and was on my way in less than an hour. I am so pleased with the service that I received. More

Ron sold us our first Honda lease in 2000 and has been doing it ever since! He is prompt to answer phone calls, questions, work out details, and make our lease transition smooth. The last service we had done Dave Rose was the service person and he was great to explain what was done and what would be needed next time. We have had nothing but great service for 11 years from Williamson Honda; everyone from our salesman, Ron to the lady at the "pay counter" - polite, helpful, professional. We have recommended Williamson Honda to family and friends and will continue to do so! More
