My new Vehicle is a 300 series/Mercedes. I had traded in a vehicle CLA250 because of a very unfortunate mechanical issue that I was not comfortable with. Exceptional dealership. Everything is first class from the receptionist all the way up the chain to the New Car Sales Manager. Of note, there is a dealership in Ft Myers which is 30 min closer but I chose Bonita Springs. I received a fair trade for a 2015 trade-in and the dealership was willing to deal on my purchase to a fair trade price that was inside the KBB fair price . Overall happy and I will use this dealership again and I will use them for service. The Salesman (Anthony Demo) was equally exceptional, very knowledgeable and honest as well as easy to discuss price issues. When we reached an impasse on price, we went one on one with the New Car Sales Mngr (David) behind the desk who was willing to listen and further adjust price. The car we bought although used (2018) appeared to be new . It was certified so all of the maintenance was current. My only concern was that the front tires were not new for this 14000 mile vehicle (rear tires were new). The Salesman is not listed below so I name him here (Anthony Demosthenis) More
