They said they had nothing to hide and proved repeatedly from the first very competitive out the door price, to the test drive, to the pre-purchase i They said they had nothing to hide and proved repeatedly from the first very competitive out the door price, to the test drive, to the pre-purchase inspection, to willingness to work with my credit union, and low stress/no heavy sales pitch talks with the F&I Manager. It honestly seemed as though they wanted to sell a vehicle at a fair price to both parties. As well, sell it in a manner that would make a lifetime repeat customer. I feel they succeeded. More

Everything went well, except that the windshield has a chip in it. I would have hoped that would have been pointed out before I bought the car. The checklist showed no problem. I have never purchased a brand new vehicle before the one a bought from Heiser and anticipated a better experience than the used vehicles I have purchased in the past. That was not the case. I wasnt shown a a bought from Heiser and anticipated a better experience than the used vehicles I have purchased in the past. That was not the case. I wasnt shown any of the new features of the new vehicle. I was just another number and put out the door. I guess I just wanted more of a personalized experience for buying a brand new vehicle. More
