Excellent service! Tim Patillo made purchasing our new car easy. He was very knowledgeable on all of the Toyota products, took his time demonstrating the features, and Tim Patillo made purchasing our new car easy. He was very knowledgeable on all of the Toyota products, took his time demonstrating the features, and worked with us on our budget. At no point did we feel pressured, or that we were wasting his time looking over several cars. He even understood where I was trying to save money, and helped where he could. Dean in finance was also outstanding. Again, no pressure at all and he took his time explaining every detail. We had gone through several dealers prior to Toyota of Louisville, but none as professional as them. I would recommend their sales team to anyone. More

Wonderful Experience, Warm Welcome I recently bought a Mazda from Toyota of Louisville and I have to say the time I experienced there was unlike any other. From the moment my dad and I I recently bought a Mazda from Toyota of Louisville and I have to say the time I experienced there was unlike any other. From the moment my dad and I walked into the show room until the moment I drove off the lot, even after that, Glen really took care of us and took the time to show us and reassure us of our potential purchase. He had great follow up and was always easy to get ahold of. Response time was spot on and we truly felt like he had our best interest in mind, and not just worried about making a sale. We felt like he honestly wanted to help us and would do everything he could to help work with our budget. He has truly gone above and beyond and I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go see him! Its on Dixie but its totally worth the drive. haha We also briefly worked with Dean in finance and he was great as well. Took the time to explain aspects I didn't understand clearly and was very easy to work with. Again, we felt like he really wanted to help us and had our best interest in mind. Didn't push any un-needed upgrades or amenities that I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Overall the service we received here was outstanding and I felt totally comfortable there. I strongly believe you've got to like the dealership your buying from, not just the cars. More

We also have a Ford Fusion that we purchased from Glen. He makes the whole process enjoyable and stress free. He listens to everything I want and he has made that happen, EVER SINGLE TIME!!! I will NEVER buy a car from anyone else. I feel like I’m treated like family there. I know I not getting taken advantage of just so someone can get a sale. I have never had a bad gut feeling there! I wish I could get everyone I know that needs a car to go see Glen Harder at Toyota of Louisville!!! More
