Excellent service! Tim Patillo made purchasing our new car easy. He was very knowledgeable on all of the Toyota products, took his time demonstrating the features, and Tim Patillo made purchasing our new car easy. He was very knowledgeable on all of the Toyota products, took his time demonstrating the features, and worked with us on our budget. At no point did we feel pressured, or that we were wasting his time looking over several cars. He even understood where I was trying to save money, and helped where he could. Dean in finance was also outstanding. Again, no pressure at all and he took his time explaining every detail. We had gone through several dealers prior to Toyota of Louisville, but none as professional as them. I would recommend their sales team to anyone. More
